A history of success
Our history in motorsports marketing and sponsorship
programs dates back to 1999. Company principal, Perry
Iannuzzi, during his five-year tenure as Canadian
Automobile Sports Clubs, Solo 1 Director, and subsequent
Vice President, secured many lucrative sponsorship deals
with companies such as AutoValue Stores, Permatex, BF
Goodrich, Castrol, Mobil 1, Yokohama, Toyo Tires Canada,
Inside Track Motorsports News and Goodyear. With every
sponsorship that Perry brokered, these partnerships
netted all parties excellent results from the
investments made and expectations realized.
Veterans in the trenches
Our auto racing marketing experience extends to our own
personal auto race team, Team Mad Macs Racing. By
securing many financial and product sponsorships over
the years, we have been successful in campaigning a one
and two-car team for over nine years. Since 2002, Team
Mad Macs Racing has been successful in competing in
“professional” racing series, such as the ActionFront
Street Stock Series, the Castrol Canadian Touring Car
Championships and the Mobil 1 GT Sprints Championships.
During its own hectic racing schedule in 2004 and 2005,
Team Mad Macs Racing also campaigned two Honda Civics in
the Honda Michelin Challenge series for its sponsor,
Pfaff Auto Leasing. So when it comes to auto racing, we
know the intricate relationships between racing and
business, between image and sales and between activation
and results. We also have a solid understanding of the
common pitfalls that can lead to a team’s failure.
Because Perry is an accomplished road racer, he brings a
veteran’s viewpoint and approach to sponsorship, he
relates completely to his fellow racers, and he
understands the constant battle to find good marketing
partners (sponsors}.
